2. Data collected
We only collect the data we need, in the following cases:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the content of your message and the website language used.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time of connection, pages visited and browser type, automatically recorded in the server logs by our hosting provider.
- Privacy preferences: your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods

4. Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for authorised staff of BAKS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES. It may be processed on our behalf and according to our instructions by our technical processors:
- Website hosting: Arsys Internet, S.L.U. (NIF B-85294916), C/ Madre de Dios nº 21, 26004 Logroño (La Rioja), Spain.
- Email: the provider that delivers the messages sent through the form.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The data is hosted in the following country: Spain (European Union). Should a transfer outside the European Economic Area take place, it would be covered by appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website currently uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to third-party services during your visit.

- Erasure: request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction: request the temporary suspension of a processing activity.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

8. Complaints
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), Morocco — www.cndp.ma.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only, and protection against abusive form submissions.
